Indicators

Government in Taiwan has developed its unique set of citizen-centric and service-oriented e-governance indicators by integrating relevant e-governance indicators of the major international e-governance performance evaluation schemes. Government uses these e-governance indicators for its annual evaluation of e-governance performance in Taiwan and utilizes the evaluation results for continuously tracking and improving e-governance performance. TEG advances E-Governance indicators based on the stakeholders that include the following six types(G2G、G2B、G2C、G2E、G2A、G2D),that will Provide Multi-Channel Services; Strengthen Citizen Interaction; Prevail Informative Services.
