The Taiwan e-Governance Research Center invites submissions for its annual prize for the best MA thesis and PhD dissertation on e-governance-related issues. Applicants for the 2008 Thesis and Dissertation Awards may come from any university or college in Taiwan, but they must pass the oral defense by July 31, 2008.

Dissertation Awards: A first prize of NT$30,000 is being offered. Up to two honorable mention awards of NT$15,000 may also be given.

Thesis Awards: Each of the two winners of the thesis category will receive a NT$15,000 prize. Up to two honorable mention awards of NT$5,000 may also be given.
